You receive a maturity assessment plus a sequenced action plan with owners and priorities — ready to execute internally, or with my continued guidance as a Fractional Transformation Director.

Investment_
From €9,500 fixed price for the 2-week intensive. The Sprint is the first execution engagement across the portfolio — for clients who already know there is a problem and want it diagnosed and sequenced. If you commission a Roadmap engagement within 60 days of the Sprint readout, 25% of the Sprint fee (€2,375) applies as a credit against the Roadmap price.
