For more than two decades I have advised institutional clients (Ajuntament de Barcelona, Diputació de Barcelona, the Barcelona Metropolitan Authority) and private companies (constructors, developers, manufacturers) on the strategic transformation of their digital processes. I co-authored GuBIMclass in 2017 — the first BIM classification system in Spain — and currently serve as Technical Coordinator at buildingSMART Spain.
DDV Solutions is structured around productized engagements: Sprint, Roadmap, Program, Advisory. Each has fixed scope, fixed price, and a defined outcome. I don't sell hours. I sell measurable transformation. The Advisory model is for companies who, after an initial engagement, want continued access to senior fractional capacity.
I'm also active in the wider openBIM education space and contribute to industry-led training initiatives. When a DDV engagement surfaces a need for team capability-building, I can refer your team to relevant external learning tracks on a case-by-case basis.
I work remotely by default and on-site when the project requires it.

How I work_
Every engagement starts with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a defined deliverable. No retainer commitments before you have seen the work.
The Diagnostic Call is the lowest-commitment way in. From there the Sprint comes first. Two weeks, a maturity assessment, and a ninety-day action plan with named owners. From there you decide: execute internally, step up to a Roadmap or Program, or stay light with Advisory access. Each step is its own decision — I don't lock you into a multi-engagement commitment up front.
I work remotely by default. On-site for kickoff, key workshops, and board presentations.
